Getting There

Most people come by private car-public transport options this far rural into Ontario are practically next to none. If you're coming from the GTA, about a two to two and a half-hour drive north on Highway 10, then cutting across some county roads. The motel is well signed in the traditional sense on the west side of the road. This area happens to be within what was once considered the true "snow belt" region during winter months-keep an eye out because weather conditions can change rapidly here (travel slower than expected).

There are no passenger trains to Hanover. Bus service is also practically non-existent, with just a few regional connectors (like TOK Coachlines) working the general Grey-Bruce area and dropping people off at gas stations or central hubs rather than specific hotels. A car will be needed to get to the motel, it will be needed for food, and it will be needed to move around town. There are taxi services in Hanover but using them as your primary mode of transport is not recommended since they can be expensive and may have wait times.
